Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the moja7 website accessible at moja7.ws and all associated services, products, and content provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered moja7 user account created by a Player to access real-money betting and gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means the total amount of verified, deposited funds held in a Player's Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional, welcome, reload, or free-play credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or transfer of funds involving a Player's Account.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which moja7 accounts are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform or click any acceptance checkbox during the registration process, whichever occurs first.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with moja7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and moja7. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

moja7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an Account on moja7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from opening an Account or using any real-money service on the Platform.
• You must be the account holder of any payment method used to deposit funds and must not use payment methods belonging to third parties.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling services in general under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion scheme.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of moja7 or any of its affiliated game providers.

moja7 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any recognised foreign authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the moja7 Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — moja7 reserves the right to close all but one Account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. moja7 may verify this information at any stage. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

moja7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. moja7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify moja7 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. moja7 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

moja7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits made to a moja7 Account must be in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to a Player's Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Card-based deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. moja7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform and may not be deposited purely for the purpose of currency storage or transfer. Deposits suspected of being made for purposes other than genuine gaming activity may be subject to enhanced verification checks and reversal.

moja7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all financial transactions. Player payment details are never stored in plain text and are handled in compliance with applicable data security standards.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any verification requirements in place on your Account.

Before processing a withdrawal, moja7 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. This is a standard procedure required of all Players and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance; the Real Money Balance remains unaffected.

moja7 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request that is subject to an ongoing investigation, security review, or regulatory enquiry.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

moja7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which must be read in full before opting in.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited redemption period as stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• moja7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where it suspects the promotion is being abused.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering-clearance process.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on moja7 is subject to the specific rules of each product. Cricket betting rules, live casino table rules, slot game rules, and instant-game rules are each governed by their respective rule sets, which are accessible within each game or product section on the Platform.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, moja7 will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server-side records and to resolve the situation fairly. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. moja7's decision in such matters is final.

Odds on sporting events are subject to change up to the moment the event commences. moja7 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void markets in response to irregular betting patterns, match-fixing alerts, or data feed errors. In-play bets accepted erroneously due to a system delay are subject to review and may be voided.

moja7 sets minimum and maximum bet limits across all products. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted from time to time at moja7's sole discretion, including on a per-Player basis where risk management requirements dictate.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the moja7 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any stage of the KYC verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including credit cards or mobile wallets registered in another person's name.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional loopholes, or employing arbitrage strategies to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players on any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino, or any other form of cooperative advantage-seeking.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, disassemble, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, security architecture, or random number generation systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing moja7 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

11. Responsible Gaming

moja7 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you know, moja7 provides the following tools and resources, accessible via your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to take a short break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request placement on our exclusion list. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the source of deposit, with any bonus balances forfeited. 12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of moja7.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, moja7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial loss, even if moja7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

moja7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. moja7 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While moja7 employs industry-standard security measures, you access the Platform at your own risk.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

moja7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

moja7 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process payments, or as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls.

15. Amendments to These Terms

moja7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, moja7 will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document. Where changes are considered significant, moja7 may additionally notify Players via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. moja7 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.

In the event of a dispute, we strongly encourage Players to contact the moja7 support team in the first instance, as the majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. moja7 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full resolution response within 14 business days of receiving complete information relating to the complaint.

moja7's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account status, and the interpretation of these Terms are final and binding in all cases where the applicable rules and terms have been applied consistently and in good faith.
